Before I even hear it, I must point out that the term ‘illegal drugs’ is a propagandist term conceived of by prohibitionists, it isn’t of course a legal term and it is a concept that denies legal agency to the person. Only a person can act unlawfully, not a thing, if you want regulation then it must be undwerstood in terms of what is being regulated, the human relationship with the thing, not the thing itself.
Gasp Dr Sessa thinks banning smoking in pubs is an example of the sea change we need – he has no grasp of politics or liberty at all, getting new banning orders is not the same, it is the very opposite of allowing people to choose drugs.
